Actions

In any strategic plan it is important to have a detailed description and visual map of the major tasks that need to be completed. The table below shows each action necessary in order to make this plan a success. The table also designates a person responsible for the task, the time in which the task needs to be completed, and performance indicators for successful completion. As a means of organizing this information, a Gantt chart has been used to show each tasks' starting and completion date. A Gantt chart is a good visual to use in a large change because it shows how tasks can overlap. While every task it important for this plan, the Gantt chart also shows the critical actions that need to be completed on time in order for successful change.
